Directions
Grease inside of Bundt mould with butter thoroughly with a traditional greasing brush, removing excess.
Pour 2 packets of jelly crystals at a time into a 1L jug. Add 500ml of boiling water and mix until dissolved. Add 400ml of cold water and mix. Pour into Bundt pan.
Repeat step 2 until all jelly crystals packets are dissolved and poured into Bundt pan.
Place carefully into fridge and allow to cool for 2 hours.
Place 1 cup of frozen berries into the jelly spreading around as desired, the put back into the refrigerator and allow to set (can take 3 days).
Once set (you can check using a skewer if it comes out dry). Dip the outside info hot water for 30 seconds, then carefully tip the mould out onto a serving plate. Serve garnished with remaining berries.
