Peanut butter is always a winning flavour for biscuits, and they're simple to make with Nordic Ware.

Nordic Ware Peanut Butter Cookies

 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
 ¾ cup light brown sugar
 ¾ cup granulated sugar
 1 ½ cups peanut butter
 2 large eggs
 1 tsp vanilla extract
 2 ¼ cups flour
 1 tsp baking soda
 ½ tsp baking powder
 ¾ tsp salt

Directions

Preheat oven to 170°C.

Mix butter, sugars and peanut butter together. Add eggs, vanilla, flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt and mix well.

Roll tablespoonfuls of dough into balls or use a cookie dropper to place balls onto ungreased cookie sheets.

Use the cookie stamp of your choice to press each ball once.

Sprinkle with sugar if desired.

Bake for 12 minutes or until golden brown.
