2 tbsp coconut sugar (substitute for brown sugar)
¼ cup mashed ripe banana
3 tbsp almond milk

Mix all ingredients in medium size bowl.

Form cookies by tablespoon size onto a baking sheet, then chill dough for 30-60 minutes.

When ready to bake, preheat oven to 190°C.

Bake cookies for 6-8 minutes. They will look a bit underdone but will continue to cook while cooling.
